The Alpha Phi Omega Futbol Cup (APOCup) has become a calendar-marked event for UP Cebu and for amateur football enthusiasts in Cebu City.

Started in 1994 as a service project to unite the studentry — especially students organizations — through the game of football, the APOCup is a grassroots tournament that is now gaining popularity in Cebu City’s amateur and college football circles.

The 6-a-side format makes the APOCup games faster and more exciting to play and watch. To players and spectators alike, the APOCup has been and will be an effective vehicle in creating and fostering friendship.
