On August 12, 2009, the Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega Philippines at UP Cebu will celebrate it’s 30th anniversary. Founded in 1979 by organizers led by Bro. Frederic Mercado (Alpha Mu ‘71), Zeta Omega has developed over the years into one of APO Cebu’s most respected chapters.
