SUBJECT : Submission of Official Delegates for the 25th NBC

The 25th National Convention of Alpha Phi Omega Philippines to be hosted by APO – Boracay on May 29 to 31, 2009 is fast approaching. The Over-all Convention Chairmain will be Sis Nobella “Belle” Tumbokon, 1970 Psi chapter, ID no. 0023-1970-18494, of the famous Tumbokon clan of Aklan, and once again, issues and policies pertaining to our beloved organization shall be discussed on this venue. This will also be the time when we will choose the next leaders of our fraternity.
As per Article III General Assembly, Section.2 Composition – (a) Official delegates who are members in good standing, having been duly authorized any organizational unit in good standing to be its representatives in all the functions of the General Assembly, and duly registered as such in the record of the Board of Directors upon compliance with all requirements, which the Chair of the months prior to the General Assembly sessions. Each organizational unit shall be entitled to four (4) official delegates: Provided, however, that, in case the chapter or association, consisting of fraternity and sorority component, fails to participate in at least two (2) successive regular sessions of the General Assembly, the said chapter or association shall be entitled to only four (4) official delegates.
Thus, I hereby enjoin all collegiate chapters and alumni associations from the different regions of Alpha Phi Omega Philippines to submit their list of official delegates to the National Administrative Office on or before Oct.15, 2008.
