APO works as part of the Secretariat and handles registration, food distribution and serve as “House Mothers” to ensure compliance of the rules.
A total of 1,617 transients were served during the City’s three day operation (Jan. 19-21,2007) and were accommodated in sixty-five (65) 20-footer vans beside Fort San Pedro in the Plaza Independencia vicinity.
Aside from devotees coming from the towns of Cebu province, a number of individuals from Agusan, Davao, Bohol, Iligan, Negros and Manila were present
The Devotee City has grown and developed significantly over the years through the guidance of its chairperson Cebu City Councilor Jocelyn Pesquera and the support of businesses and organizations in the City. APO Cebu, through the leadership APO-Zeta Omega, has never been more proud to be part of this great community service.
